Faith Technologies

The Scope:

As a national leader in electrical planning, engineering, design and installation, Faith Technologies is one of the largest privately-held contractors in the United States. In 2016, they constructed a new building adjacent to their headquarters in downtown Menasha, Wis., which they call their Innovation Center. As an expert in the electrical side of the planning and design, Faith sought out a partner to provide turnkey design and space planning services.

Our Services:

Nordon was selected to provide all the office furnishings in Faith’s new Innovation Center. Knowing how they continually invest in their employees, Nordon took this opportunity to emphasize this within the workspace. Project highlights included:

• Nordon served as the office furniture consultant with a dual focus on typical, private office as well as workstation layouts
• Nordon created spaces that incorporated height adjustable workstations
• Nordon provided all interior services including interior architecture for the offices
• Nordon assisted in the design and furnishing of the 8^th floor; an innovative space dedicated to the employees as a break room and gathering space
• Design made sure to emphasize the panoramic views provided by the One Menasha Center building

The Result:

What started as a blank slate, in a new building, Nordon provided all the office furnishings for the seven floors that make up this new building. This entire project was on a fast track and the end result was the ability for Faith to call the One Menasha Center building one of its most unique.
